What is The Wise?
The Wise designs logos, banners, and signage, and produces printed uniforms, table pads, and printed plates and glasses for shops and restaurants — design and production handled together, so everything matches.
How does it work?
- Choose a fixed-price design package (logo, banner, or a full identity set), or request a quote for signage, uniforms, table pads, or printing.
- We design your concept and send you a proof to review.
- You approve the proof — nothing goes to print or production until you do.
- We produce and deliver your order.
What services are available?
Logo design, banner design, shop and restaurant signage, restaurant uniforms, table pads and placemats, and printed plates and glasses. Logo and banner design are fixed-price; signage, uniforms, table pads, and printing are quoted based on your size and quantity.
What are The Wise Credits?
Credits are used to purchase our fixed-price design packages (logo and banner design). 1 Credit = ฿1. Credits are not exchangeable for cash except where a refund is required under our policies.
How much does each service cost?
Logo and banner design pricing is shown on the homepage under Pricing. Signage, uniforms, table pads, and printing are quoted individually — request a quote and we'll get back to you with pricing based on your specifics.
How long does an order take?
Logo and banner design concepts are usually delivered within a few business days. Signage, uniforms, table pads, and printing depend on the size of the order and current production capacity — we'll give you a timeline with your quote.
Can I make changes after I approve a proof?
Once you approve a proof, we produce exactly what was shown. Changes after approval may need a new production run — see our Proof Approval & Print Policy for details.
Can I use my logo commercially?
Subject to full payment and our Terms of Service, you own your delivered logo and design files, and can use them anywhere — on your sign, uniforms, packaging, or your own marketing.
How do I pay?
Card payments are securely processed by Stripe — we don't store your full card details. If bank transfer is enabled, you can also pay by transferring to our account and uploading your payment slip for confirmation.
How long does bank transfer confirmation take?
We review submitted payment slips and confirm them manually, usually within a few hours during business time. You'll see your Credits added to your account once confirmed.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused purchased Credits may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Once you've approved a design or production has started on a physical order, it's generally not refundable — see the policy for full details.
Do I need an account?
Yes. An account is required to purchase Credits, submit requests, and track your order history.
