Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using The Wise, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Wise is operated by THE VICE 2020 CO., LTD., a company registered in Thailand.

2. Description of Service

The Wise provides logo, banner, and signage design, along with printing and production of items including restaurant uniforms, table pads, and printed plates and glasses, for shops and restaurants. Fixed-price design packages are purchased using The Wise Credits; signage, uniforms, table pads, and printing are quoted individually based on size, quantity, and materials.

3. Accounts

An account is required to purchase Credits and submit design requests. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased through Stripe or bank transfer and used to redeem fixed-price design packages at the rates shown on the site at the time of purchase. Credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash except as required under our Refund Policy or applicable law. Bank transfer payments are confirmed manually after we verify your payment slip, which may take some time — see our Refund Policy for details on delayed or failed confirmations.

5. Proofs & Production

Signage, uniforms, table pads, and printed items are produced only after you approve a proof or sample. Once approved, production begins and changes may not be possible without additional cost. See our Proof Approval & Print Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not request content that copies or imitates another brand's protected identity, logo, copyrighted material or trademark, or that is unlawful, infringing or misleading.

7. Ownership & License

Subject to full payment and these Terms, you own the delivered design files and may use them for lawful personal and commercial purposes, including on physical products we produce for you or elsewhere.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Wise is provided "as is." We are not liable for errors in production that were present in a proof or sample you approved, or for delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of The Wise after changes constitutes acceptance.
