Proof Approval & Print Policy
Last updated: [date]
1. Proofs Before Production
Before any signage, uniform, table pad, or printed item goes into production, we'll send you a digital proof (and a physical sample for uniforms and larger signage orders where practical) for your approval.
2. Your Responsibility to Check the Proof
You are responsible for carefully checking spelling, colors, sizing, quantities, and placement on every proof before approving it. Once you approve a proof, we produce exactly what was shown — errors present in an approved proof are not covered under our Refund Policy.
3. Color & Material Variation
Printed and produced colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, due to normal differences between digital displays and physical printing or dyeing processes. Fabric, plate, and glass materials may also show minor natural variation between pieces.
4. Trademark & Copyright
We don't perform trademark searches. You're responsible for ensuring your logo, name, and any content we produce for you doesn't infringe another party's trademark or copyright before we go into production.
5. Prohibited Requests
We won't design or produce items that copy or imitate another company's protected brand identity, logo, copyrighted work, or trademark.
6. Changes After Approval
Changes requested after you've approved a proof may require a new production run at additional cost, and may affect delivery timelines — see our Refund Policy for what happens if production has already started.
